Heather Drachbar

Heather Drachbar is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Fagron Sterile Services US since January 2023, Heather previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at Bright Path Laboratories and Senior Director of National Sales at QuVa Pharma, Inc. Notably, Heather has managed regional sales teams and acute care hospital accounts across the Southeast, demonstrating expertise in customer relations, account management, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles include Southeast Regional Manager at PharMEDium Healthcare and Guaranteed Returns, as well as being a Center Director/Owner at Sylvan Learning Center. Heather holds a BSBA in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, complemented by earlier studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
