Jake Milford

Jake Milford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application consulting, ERP systems, and IT management. As a Senior Application Consultant at Fagron since February 2017, Jake has played a critical role in Dynamics 365 implementation projects, translating functional requirements into technical specifications, supporting integrations, and fostering relationships with Microsoft partners. Prior to Fagron, Jake held various IT roles at RedGuard, including Senior Technology Engineer and IT Support Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed network management, team supervision, and IT support services. Jake began a career in IT as an IT Assistant at KANZA Bank, contributing to user support and system upgrades. Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University.
