Laura Bowser

Laura Bowser is a seasoned professional in human capital consulting and organizational strategy, currently serving as the Human Capital Consulting Practice Leader and Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors since January 2022. Prior to this role, Laura founded and leads Vaud Consulting, LLC, and held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President at TMI Consulting Inc from August 2013 to November 2019, overseeing organizational strategy and executive leadership. Laura's career includes diverse roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Director at Virginians for High Speed Rail, and positions with the Democratic Party of Virginia and the Virginia House of Delegates. Laura earned a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
