Ken Kölzer has extensive experience in customer service and engineering, currently serving as Teamleiter Reklamation im Kundenservice and Fahrrad-/Warenberater at Fahrrad-XXL.de since March 2020. Prior to this role, Ken held positions in retail at Hibike Bär KG and worked as a Versuchsingenieur at JOST World. Ken's engineering expertise was further developed through roles as a Mechanical & Quality Engineer at COBI – Smart Connected Biking for Everyone and various development engineer positions at De'Longhi Braun Household GmbH and Procter & Gamble. Ken earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronik from DHBW Campus Mosbach and gained international experience at Syddansk Universitet.
