Laura Bottaro

Laura Bottaro is an experienced arbitrator, mediator, and attorney with a diverse background in commercial, consumer, construction, and personal injury litigation. Currently serving as an arbitrator and mediator at the Law Offices of Laura Bottaro LLC and the American Arbitration Association's International Centre for Dispute, Bottaro has been involved in resolving complex disputes, including franchise law, discrimination, and breach of contract. Additional roles include serving on FairClaims' Fast Track Panel and managing cases at The Bottaro Law Firm, where alternative dispute resolution methods were employed. Bottaro held partner and associate positions at Little, Medeiros, Kinder, Bulman & Whitney, PC (now Pierce Atwood LLP) and worked as an associate attorney at Hill & Robbins, P.C., representing a variety of clients in complex civil litigation. Bottaro earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern University.
