Cynthia Lowry

Cynthia Lowry has extensive experience in business operations and administrative support, currently serving as a Business Operations Technical Specialist in HR Business Services at Fairfax County Public Schools since September 2005. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as an Administrative Assistant III focused on early childhood curriculum and grant management. Additionally, Cynthia has a long-standing engagement with Westwood Baptist Church in the Infant/Toddler Ministries since September 1994. Earlier career highlights include owning and operating CeCe's Kids from May 1991 to October 2004, and holding various logistics management positions in multiple companies, including EG&G Technical Services, ELS, Inc., and Advanced Technology, Inc. Cynthia's educational background encompasses studies at Northern Virginia Community College, George Mason University, and Leeward Community College.
