Adam Craddock MBA SPHR CCP CBP GRP is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for Fairfax County Government since June 2022. In addition to this role, Adam co-chairs the Board of Directors for the Vienna VIP Support Group, which focuses on supporting individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Prior to these positions, Adam held various senior roles in human resources advisory and executive leadership, including significant consultancy work with HUMAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT ADVISORS, and leadership positions at organizations such as Charter Communications, Capital One, and AVINTIV.
