Sam Woodburn

Sam Woodburn serves as the Director of Building Intelligence at Fairfield Residential since April 2022. Prior to this role, Woodburn worked as a Development Manager at Novin Development Corp from June 2018 to April 2022, managing a significant pipeline of multifamily and mixed-use developments. Woodburn also held the position of Head of Client Services at ProforMap, a platform that enhances the Commercial Real Estate transaction process. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate role at the Urban Land Institute, an Analyst position at Glass Lewis & Co., and various roles in growth and consulting at Playpass Sports and Patagonia, respectively. Woodburn started the professional journey as an Associate Project Manager and Engineering Technician at Tza Water Engineers Inc. Educational background includes a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Climate and Energy from the University of Colorado Boulder.
