Kristina Sciolla

Kristina Sciolla is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at fairlife, LLC and as a Founding Member of The People Collective, a community for HR and talent acquisition leaders. With extensive experience at Barry Callebaut Group, Kristina held positions as Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, where responsibilities included leading teams and implementing comprehensive talent strategies. Previous roles include Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Trustwave, Talent Acquisition Lead at VISANOW Global Immigration, and Senior Recruiter positions at Argyle Search Partners and Workbridge Associates. Kristina began their career in creative fields as the Owner of Kristina Sciolla Photography and as a Writer/Producer at WBZ | CBS Boston. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production with a minor in English from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
