Jodi Richard

Jodi Richard is currently the Director at Fairview Health Services. Prior to their current position, they served as the EVP, Regional Head of Operational Risk and Control for HSBC from June 2003 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Operational Risk Management function for North America region, which included managing the AMA program for US, capital modeling, CCAR, Internal and External Loss Data, Risk and Control Assessment, Scenario Analysis, operational risk appetite, and governance / oversight programs.

Jodi also facilitated ERM integration throughout the bank by leadership and participation in cross-functional risk initiatives and Steering Committees. Additionally, they served as chairman of North America Controls Risk Forum, integrating control risk functions for the region including Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security Risk, SOX, BCP, Fraud, Vendor Risk Management, and AML.

Other notable positions held by Ms. Richard include Chief Compliance Officer at Sears National Bank from June 1996 to September 1997 and National Bank Examiner at Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from September 1997 to June 2003.

Jodi Richard has a BA in finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
