Sean Stryker

Sean Stryker is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fairwinds Landing since December 2024. Stryker has been a US Navy Officer since June 2017, holding the role of Strategic Sealift Officer in the Navy Reserve. Prior to the current position, Stryker worked at Fairlead Integrated from February 2021 to December 2024 as the Dockmaster and Engineering Advisor. Stryker also served as a Dry Dock Supervisor at General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk from March 2018 to February 2021 and gained early experience as a Licensed Deckhand with Lindblad Expeditions from June 2017 to March 2018. Stryker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from William & Mary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Transportation Logistics and Security from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
