Nicole Barnes

Nicole Barnes, MDiv, MBA, currently serves as the Interim Executive Director for the Faith in Action Fund, leading the development and implementation of a national 501 c4 program while supporting state and local initiatives. Previously, Nicole held positions including Civic Engagement Director, managing political campaigns and voter engagement initiatives, as well as Senior Program Director for Voting, coaching state partners on electoral and advocacy programs. Nicole's experience at Faith in Indiana included serving as the Director of Voter Engagement and Operations, where extensive training programs impacted thousands of volunteer leaders. Additionally, Nicole managed programs at Adult and Child Center Inc., focusing on collaborative initiatives and team management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana State University.
