Martin Lynge Klitgaard

Martin Lynge Klitgaard serves as Teamchef for Kvalitets- og Riskenheden at Falck Ambulance Danmark since April 2010, overseeing quality and development efforts. Previously, Martin held the role of Projektansvarlig leder, managing the implementation of ambulance contracts, as well as serving as Operativ Leder responsible for personnel management across four Falck stations and ensuring quality standards for Falck Ambulance Sjælland. With extensive experience in emergency services, Martin has also worked as a Brandmand at Vestsjællands Brandvæsen and contributed to ambulance education as a Faglærer at Esnord. Military experience includes service as Overkonstabel in Iraq and Kosovo. Martin holds an AP Graduate degree in Leadership and Management from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding and completed specialized training in ambulance services at Esnord.
