Andrew Trout

Andrew Trout is an accomplished talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at FalconX since May 2023. Previously, Andrew held key roles at X, the moonshot factory, including Head of Talent for Wing and Head of Talent Acquisition for Chronicle Cybersecurity. Andrew's experience also includes serving as VP of Talent at Gusto, Managing Director of Global Engineering Recruiting at Goldman Sachs, and Director at Square, where responsibilities spanned leadership and business recruiting. Earlier in Andrew's career, positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Herbert Mines & Associates involved executive searches in technology and media sectors. Andrew possesses a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Jurisprudence from Tulane University Law School, and has completed graduate-level studies at The Wharton School and continuing education at UC Berkeley and New York University.
