Jennifer L. currently serves as the VP, Head of People at FalconX, focusing on People Operations, Employee Experience, and Global Total Rewards. Previously, Jennifer acted as the Interim Head of People and Culture at Olo, leading a team to enhance employee engagement and talent management. In prior roles at Xandr, Jennifer oversaw strategy and operations within technology and customer support teams, and at AppNexus, Jennifer held various senior director positions managing people strategy, legal operations, and IPO readiness. Jennifer's earlier experience includes consulting roles with Acquis Consulting Group, technical project management at Accenture, and business analysis for government entities. Jennifer holds a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and an MPA from New York University.
