Andrew Dougherty

Andrew Dougherty is a research associate at Fama Technologies. Andrew previously worked as a case reviewer for Perspecta, a federal contractor for the National Background Investigation Bureau and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. In this role, they analyzed field investigation reports and worked with field agents across the country to ensure that cases succeeded in obtaining, reporting, and summarizing a proper scope of investigation. Andrew also identified and tracked common trends for government client reopens and communicated trends, while completing rebuttals on deficient notices to try and get the deficient overturned. Andrew has experience working in an independent work environment and dealing with highly sensitive content.
