The Management and Operations Team at FAMAR oversees the strategic and operational activities crucial to the company's success in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This team ensures efficient production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource allocation across FAMAR's six production sites and two R&D units. They also manage critical functions such as payroll, IT services, logistics, and human resources, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer care for the delivery of 1,800 products to over 80 international markets.
