Bill Michalski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the family entertainment industry, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager for Family Entertainment Group since December 2015. Michalski has demonstrated a strong ability to develop new family entertainment venues and implement strategies that align with business and financial objectives. With a successful track record in multi-site management, Michalski is skilled in building motivated management teams aimed at achieving revenue goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations and Director of National Operations at NAMCO ENTERTAINMENT INC., where Michalski supervised operations across over 1,000 locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico from January 2007 to December 2015.
