Thomas W. Falkner has extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate law, particularly within the context of private wealth management and family office operations. Currently serving as General Counsel for a Family Office since August 2021, Thomas previously held similar positions at another Multi Family Office and at Bridgewater Associates as General Counsel for the Dalio Family Office. Thomas’s background includes a partnership at Lane Powell PC, where involvement encompassed family office operations, investments, and mergers and acquisitions, among other areas. Key expertise includes the negotiation and structuring of complex domestic and international agreements across various industries. Additional roles include Senior Counsel at Vulcan Inc., adjunct professor at the University of Washington, and law clerk for the Washington State Supreme Court. Thomas holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with honors from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
