Carolyn Gordon

Carolyn Gordon, MSW, currently serves as Senior Director of Program Development at Family Promise, Inc., overseeing strategic initiatives to expand the Affiliate network and enhance DEI efforts through comprehensive grant management. With a robust background in nonprofit leadership, Carolyn previously held roles such as Executive Director at Family Promise of Northern New Castle County, where budget growth reached 560% and over 150 households were successfully supported annually. Experience further includes managerial duties at West End Neighborhood House, where Carolyn launched a social enterprise for youth transitioning from foster care, and transitions management at More Than Words, focusing on educational and employment outcomes for youth. Carolyn holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
