Jennifer Pharr serves as the Vice President of Community Engagement and Foundation Executive Director at FamilyCare Health Centers, where efforts focus on fostering connections and expanding healthcare access. With extensive experience in development and nonprofit leadership, Jennifer has held prominent positions such as Vice President of Development at the City of Charleston and Director of Development at YWCA Charleston. Jennifer's expertise encompasses strategic partnerships, fundraising, event management, and grant management, complemented by experience as a Commercial Realtor and Property Manager. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Charleston, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.
