Ross Shearer

Ross Shearer currently serves as the National Development Training Leader at FamilyLife since July 2020, contributing to strategic direction and resource identification for Local Leaders and Guides across the United States. Prior to this role, Ross was the National Director of Partner Engagement at Cru from June 2007 to July 2020, facilitating partnerships to enhance student ministry on high school and college campuses. Ross has also acted as a Ministry Partner Development Coach, coaching staff in various U.S. cities, and directed the Destino NYC initiative, focusing on Latino ministry in New York City. Earlier positions include working as a delivery driver at FedEx and an intern at Campus Crusade for Christ. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Penn State University, obtained in 2003.
