Robert Dunmon

Robert (Bobby) Dunmon has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the HVAC and plumbing industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and Outside Salesman at Famous Supply since April 2014, Robert has previously held roles in inside sales and as an operations supervisor at Virginia Air Dist from July 2006 to April 2014. Robert has developed a strong skill set in investigating and resolving customer concerns, initiating service orders, and providing recommendations based on customer needs. Previously, Robert worked as a Journeyman Plumber/HVAC Technician at B&B Plumbing and Heating, where responsibilities included installation and repair of plumbing and heating equipment. Robert possesses a proficient knowledge of York heating and cooling parts and Microsoft Office Suite and has a solid educational background with studies at the University of Southern Maine and St. Phillips.
