Connie Palmer

Connie Palmer serves as the Course Lead for the Human Resources Management program at Fanshawe College since 2020, and is also a Professor teaching Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety courses at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business. As a Curriculum Developer, Connie has published Open Educational Resources, including "Human Resources for Operations Managers" and "Canadian Health and Safety Workplace Fundamentals," and developed six Micro-credential courses in the Management Series. Prior to academia, Connie held managerial roles in Human Resources at Stryker Medical London, where a comprehensive HR function was established, and at Windsor Factory Supply Ltd., where a similar function was launched. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from King's University College and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
