Eloiza Coêlho

Eloiza Coêlho is a committed professional with extensive experience in human resources and educational initiatives. Currently serving as a member of the scientific initiation team at FAPERJ since August 2022, Eloiza conducts workshops aimed at fostering awareness and discussion on pressing social issues, promoting an anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-bullying, and anti-classist education. Previously, as the Director of People Management at Carioca Júnior from February to November 2021, Eloiza led efforts in restructuring recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and organizational climate research, while also participating in an ethics committee. Eloiza's career in human resources began as an HR Analyst at the same company, managing recruitment and selection processes and internal training. Early professional experience includes a role as a youth apprentice at Bradesco Seguros, focusing on financial document management and data entry. Eloiza is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, expected to graduate in December 2026, and holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Centro Universitário UniCarioca.
