Rafael Alfradique Garcia

Rafael Alfradique Garcia is a professional with extensive experience in public management and urban studies. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Nucleus of Agreements and Resource Capture at the Prefeitura de Niterói since May 2021, Rafael previously held the role of Technical Advisor in the same nucleus. Additionally, Rafael is a researcher at the Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho De Amparo A Pesquisa Do Estado Do Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ), focusing on urban history and transformation within the Grupo de Estudos do Território e de História Urbana (GESTHU). Rafael's earlier experiences include internships at AgeRio and FINEP, where work involved purchasing, contracts, and administrative services. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Management for Economic and Social Development and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Urban, Community, or Regional Planning at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
