Shannon Sullivan

Shannon Sullivan is a paralegal in the Business Transactions Practice at Farella Braun + Martel. She assists with a variety of business-related matters including domestic entity formations, corporate compliance, and governance.

She is experienced with business reorganization, merger and acquisition transactions, financings, and loan agreements.

Shannon also works with the Cannabis Industry Group, where she assists with addressing legal and regulatory issues throughout all aspects of cannabis business licensing.
