Andreia Cunha

Andreia Cunha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Head of Customer Service at FARFETCH since October 2018, Andreia has also held positions including Head of Customer Service and Senior Customer Service Manager within the company. Prior to FARFETCH, Andreia accumulated over 15 years of experience at Teleperformance Portugal, where roles included Multilingual Operations Director, Call Center Manager, and Contact Center Supervisor. Andreia holds a Degree in Communication Design from IADE – Instituto de Artes Visuais, Design e Marketing, completed in 2003.
