Jessica Langenberg

Jessica Langenberg is an experienced professional in organizational enablement and leadership development, currently serving as SVP of Organizational Enablement at Farm Credit Services of America since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions including VP of Organizational Development & Learning and Organizational Development Leadership Specialist within the same organization. From July 2016 to August 2020, Jessica was the Director of Leadership Development at Leadership Resources, where responsibilities included driving client results through coaching and facilitation. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Contractor focusing on instructional design, an Agency Process Specialist at Allstate, and a Judicial Branch Education Trainer for the Nebraska Supreme Court. Jessica began their career at Cornhusker Bank, where Jessica advanced from Teller Trainer to Training Specialist, managing comprehensive training programs. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
