Lewis Naylor

Lewis Naylor serves as the Director of FP&A at FARO Technologies since August 2014, where significant contributions include the establishment of the first global FP&A organization and the implementation of key business intelligence tools that enhance analysis and business partnership. Naylor played a pivotal role in driving growth strategies and improving KPI tracking related to ARR while supporting organizational redesigns that yielded substantial cost reductions and EBITDA expansion. Previous roles at SunGard Public Sector encompassed a senior financial analyst position where Naylor enhanced analytical support across various functions and led initiatives to optimize revenue delivery. Naylor holds an MBA in Strategy & Operations and a BSBA in Finance & Accounting, both from the UCF College of Business.
