Bob Dooner

Bob Dooner has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Quality Control at Farrans Construction on the SFN Edinburgh Trams project since November 2019. Prior to this role, Bob worked as a Project Manager overseeing the Williamsgate to Quarry Hill 12km Trunk Main and held positions as Site Agent for various projects, including the Grudie Hydro, as well as Utility Manager for Scottish Water at Morgan Est. Bob's career began at Miller Civil Engineering, where responsibilities included Site Agent for various projects, notably two years on the Skye Crossing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee, obtained between 1986 and 1990, complemented by secondary education at North Berwick High School.
