Christel Penn

Christel Penn is an accomplished professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Director of Merchandise and New Business Development at Fashion Angels since January 2022. Previously, Christel held various product management roles at Kohl's from April 2012 to October 2020, overseeing categories such as mens, kids, and juniors apparel, as well as womens apparel across multiple private and exclusive brands. Experience also includes positions at Belk, where Christel progressed from an Executive Trainee to Assistant Product Manager for both women's and children's apparel. Educational achievements consist of an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing from The Art Institute. Additionally, Christel has a background in wardrobe styling for commercial and print advertising, including notable fashion shows.
