Andrew Hargroves

Andrew Hargroves is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Maritime and Shipping sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader - Technical Shipping at Faststream Recruitment Group since November 2019, Andrew specializes in the search, recruitment, and selection of Shoreside Cruise and Technical Shipping professionals. Previously, Andrew held various roles within Faststream Recruitment, including Head of Cruise and Superyachts Shoreside and Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on shore-based maritime roles. Additionally, from April 2020 to July 2021, Andrew worked as an Aviation Headhunter & Recruitment Consultant at GOOSE Recruitment, which is part of the Faststream Group and aims to excel in the Aviation and Pilot recruitment market. Andrew completed studies at Brockenhurst College from 2009 to 2011.
