Dave Coyle

Dave Coyle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and mortgage services. Currently serving as a Realtor at Fathom Realty since November 2020 and simultaneously fulfilling the role of Mission Coordinator at Authentic Life Church, Dave has been a Mortgage Broker at Local Mortgage Colorado since June 2019. Previous positions include Loan Officer at Fairway Fast Mortgage, where expertise in various loan options was utilized, and Mortgage Loan Officer at Universal Lending Corporation, specializing in VA Loans and assistance for first-time homebuyers. Earlier career highlights include Principal Consultant at Stellar Recruitment, managing client relationships in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries, and Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek. Dave’s foundational experience includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tekeli, Kazakhstan, teaching English and collaborating on local initiatives.
