Sep Norouzi

Sep Norouzi is an experienced product and growth leader with a diverse background in technology and entrepreneurship. Currently advising the CEO at Fathom since March 2024 and serving as an advisor for various startups through sepnorouzi.com, Sep has demonstrated expertise in product strategy and growth management. Previous roles include Head of Product at Product Hunt, where major redesigns and growth experiments were implemented, and Group Product Manager at ClickUp, responsible for building the product growth team. Notably, as Senior Product Manager at Spotify, Sep doubled the number of paid subscribers.
