Temitope Sodipo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal services, currently serving as the Deputy Company Secretary at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd., a position held since 2010 after progressing through various roles including Assistant Company Secretary, Subsidiary Governance Manager, and Team Lead for Corporate Commercial Legal Services. Prior to this, Temitope worked at Intercontinental Bank PLC in roles focused on private banking and electronic banking customer service. Temitope's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and diverse studies at prestigious institutions such as Yale School of Management, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the University of Cape Town, with a solid foundation in law acquired at the Nigerian Law School and Obafemi Awolowo University.
