Chukwuma Okafor, PHRi, is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Management Specialist at FBNQuest since January 2021, Chukwuma previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Ltd from January 2019 to January 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Guaranty Trust Bank from December 2013 to January 2019. Expertise includes organizational performance management, compensation and benefits, HR reporting and analytics, as well as resourcing and placements. Chukwuma holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration (Management Sciences) from Delta State University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
