Mike Cox is a seasoned Principal Consultant at FCM Travel since May 2015, where expertise in strategic sourcing and corporate travel program optimization has facilitated the development of world-class corporate travel programs that focus on savings, service enhancement, safety, and sustainability. As Managing Partner at Loyalty Curve Consulting since December 2003, Mike provides strategic direction and subject matter expertise in start-ups, corporate travel, and loyalty programs, leading engagement management for diverse clients. Previously, as Director of Customer Loyalty at Circles, Mike designed customer loyalty programs for high-profile clients such as BMW and British Airways, and as Director of Strategic Sourcing/Travel Services at The Thomson Corporation, managed global travel operations for over 200 firms with an annual expenditure exceeding $150 million. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Social Sciences from Harvard University.
