Andrew Atwood

Andrew Atwood currently serves as a TAR Operations Specialist at FCS Group, a position held since March 2020, focusing on planning Control of Work and operational planning for turnaround (TAR) and scheduled outages in BP's Angola Region. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at NES Global Talent from April 2013 to March 2020 as a Process Technician, managing topside activities on one of BP’s largest assets. Andrew's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Dow Corning Ltd. from February 1997 to April 2013 as a Senior Process Technician/CRT, overseeing the safe processing of silicones through various chemical processes. Andrew began the professional journey at Coal Products Ltd (NCB) as a Process Technician from March 1984 to February 1997. Educationally, Andrew studied English as a mature student at Ystrad Mynach College between 1994 and 1995 and completed secondary education at Ysgol Gyfun Rhydfelin from 1977 to 1982.
