Brian Schwinger

Brian Schwinger currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, P.C. Since September 2020, Brian held various senior leadership positions at Modivcare, including Senior Vice President of Business Solutions and Interim CIO, where significant accomplishments included optimizing costs, enhancing information security, and managing large-scale teams. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Lone Star Circle of Care, Director of Infrastructure Services at Hanger, Inc., and various roles in hospital technology at The Methodist Hospital. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
