Siva Sushma Battineni is currently a Customer Experience Agent at Alorica since July 2023 and a member of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) since May 2023. Previously, Siva worked as a Claims Associate at Walmart Canada from November 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included identifying shrink, handling claims, and communicating with suppliers. Prior to that, Siva served as a Content Analyst-Operations at Cognizant from December 2020 to June 2022, focusing on data analysis and project delivery. Siva began a career as a Web Development Intern at 49ERS Technologies Pvt Ltd in late 2019. Siva holds a Master of Engineering in Information Systems Security from Concordia University (expected April 2024) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (2016-2020).
