Deborah Willig

Deborah Willig is a Leadership and Team Development Coach, Facilitator, and Educator at FearLessImpactCoaching since August 2013, where expertise is applied to help individuals overcome internal and interpersonal barriers to unlock their potential. From June 2014 to November 2024, Deborah served as Director for NGO Futures at InterAction, the largest U.S. coalition of international NGOs, and previously led communications and outreach efforts to enhance public support for global development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Affairs Communications Advisor at FedEx, an Academic Fellow at the University of California, San Diego, a Congressional Analyst at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and a Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Carolyn Kilpatrick. Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Management from UC San Diego and a BA in Political Science and International Economics from Vassar College.
