Mathias Claeys

Mathias Claeys is a seasoned network and security engineer currently working at Febelco since January 2022. Previously, Mathias held various roles at Cegeka, including network and security engineer as well as support engineer, providing L1 and L2 on-site support. Mathias has contributed to the IT landscape through positions at Microsoft, conducting training and product demonstrations for new Microsoft products, and experienced a brief engagement at CHEOPS TECHNOLOGY focusing on a government migration project. Early career experiences include support engineering roles at Expert Consulting bvba and partaking in an internship as a network and system administrator at GBS De Klinker, where Mathias established the school's network infrastructure. Mathias holds a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, completed in 2012.
