George Fellman

George Fellman is a retired Senior Human Resource Manager with extensive experience in human resource management, primarily within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) from July 2014 to present. As a Human Resources Team Lead, George provided operational and advisory services in staffing, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for executive leadership positions, along with directing the implementation of HR policies. Prior to the FAA, George held roles in military recruitment and training, effectively managing the training and assessment of intelligence personnel for special operations and leading recruitment operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
