Keith Frable

Keith Frable has extensive experience in aviation safety and management, currently serving as the Manager of the United Airlines Certificate Management Office at the Federal Aviation Administration since December 1996. Frable has held various leadership roles, including Supervisory Principal Maintenance Inspector for both United and Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities included supervising personnel, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, Frable contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from January 2006 to May 2023, instructing students in various aviation safety courses. Earlier experience includes quality assurance inspection at Associated Air Center and serving as an Aircraft Technician in the United States Marine Corps. Frable holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science with a focus on Aviation Safety and Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
