Darshana Mazumder

Darshana Mazumder currently serves as an Assistant Manager in Strategy and Planning at ESAF Bank since August 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Manager in Branch Banking at the same organization. Prior to this, Darshana coordinated the Training & Placement Cell at NIT Silchar from June 2022 to June 2023 and completed a finance internship at Marico Limited in mid-2022, focusing on auditing documents and asset verification. Experience also includes working as a Creative Design Associate at Exhibit G from October 2020 to April 2022, creating graphics and videos for clients, and interning in various roles such as a Social Work Intern and a Graphic Design Intern. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the National Institute of Technology Silchar and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gauhati Commerce College.
