Laramie Phillips, with a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and extensive experience in IT, currently serves as an IT Specialist (Network) at FEMA, where responsibilities include managing local servers, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with software configuration on various devices. Previous roles at FEMA involved resolving hardware/software problems, training employees, and overseeing user accounts on Active Directory. Additional experience spans roles in education, customer service, and management, showcasing strong technical expertise and leadership skills in information technology systems and user support. Laramie is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance and Cybersecurity at Capella University.
