Lisa Stange

Lisa Stange has extensive experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as an Independent Director at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since January 2024. Previously, Stange was a Strategic Advisor for Insurance Solutions & Services at Clearwater Analytics from July 2020 to June 2024, contributing to the leading SaaS platform for investment data management. With prior roles including Chair and Trustee of the Iowa Pension Employees' Retirement System Investment Board and Chief Investment Officer at Homesteaders Life Company, Stange has demonstrated financial expertise throughout a distinguished career that also includes significant positions at EMC Insurance Companies and Principal Global Investors. Stange holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa and an ADN-RN from Clinton Community College.
