Marchelle Costa

Marchelle Costa is an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion professional currently serving as the Associate Director of DEI at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marchelle held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rocket Ventures, LLC from January 2021 to January 2022. Marchelle's career also includes significant experience at The Kaleidoscope Group as Practice Group Leader from May 2016 to January 2021, and at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate from May 2015 to April 2016. Earlier in Marchelle's career, Marchelle worked as a Staff Attorney for Wayne County Michigan from July 2002 to February 2014.
