Andrea Fulton Toliver

Andrea Fulton Toliver has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Advisor to the Director and Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since March 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from June 1987 to present, holding various positions including Senior Counsel in the Strategic Planning and Operations Group, Acting Assistant General Counsel, and Regional Counsel. Andrea's career also includes significant roles as Counsel/Section Chief and Deputy Regional Counsel. Academically, Andrea earned a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
